A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 37-5-304 so as to require a credit bureau or any business which provides credit information to send a copy of the report to each person on whom it issues a report by registered mail, return receipt requested, within ten days of the date of the issuance and to provide penalties.
