    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 59-112-25 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ANY BUSINESS WHOSE PRINCIPAL OFFICE IS LOCATED IN SOUTH CAROLINA WHICH REQUIRES ITS EMPLOYEES TO ATTEND CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES AT STATE INSTITUTIONS AND WHICH PAYS FOR SUCH COURSES FOR ITS EMPLOYEES IS ENTITLED TO PAY IN-STATE TUITION RATES FOR COST OF THESE COURSES WHETHER OR NOT THE EMPLOYEES ATTENDING ARE DOMICILED IN THIS STATE.
