S 0343 General Bill, By Land, Leatherman and I.E. Lourie
    A Bill to amend Section 42-19-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to Workers' Compensation and employers' records and reports of injuries, so as to provide that an injury resulting in no compensable lost-time for medicals of an amount specified by regulation may be filed on a form 12-M within a certain period.
