    A Bill to amend Article 8, Chapter 3 of Title 16, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to unlawful sexual performance by children by adding Section 16-3-850 so as to require film processors and photo finishers who are requested to develop film of children engaging in sexually explicit conduct to report the name and address of the individual requesting the development to the law enforcement officials in the locality from which the film was originally forwarded.
