    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 29 to Title 14 so as to provide for a Judicial Nominating Commission to assist the General Assembly in the selection of justices and judges to the Family Court, Circuit Court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court, for its members, duties, and responsibilities, and for the limitations on the campaign by a candidate and member of the General Assembly relating to filling a vacancy on the court; and to provide for the terms of the initial members.
