H 3440 General Bill, By E.L. Nettles and McKay
    A Bill to amend Section 38-77-590, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to automobile insurance and designated producers, so as to provide that an applicant maintaining multiple offices on June 4, 1987, is entitled to maintain three, rather than two, locations as a designated agent which he owned and operated at that time and through which premiums of at least seventy-five thousand dollars were written.
