    A Bill to amend Section 56-9-810, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions regarding coverage limitations, uninsured motorist provisions, and the like, so as to provide a definition of "underinsured motor vehicle"; and to amend Section 56-9-831, relating to additional uninsured motorist coverage, so as to provide that benefits paid pursuant to that Section are not subject to subrogation and assignment.
