    A Bill to amend Act 188 of 1979, as amended, relating to approval, disapproval, and modification of regulations, so as to provide that upon resubmission of a regulation withdrawn from a committee of the General Assembly, additional days must be added to the days remaining on the one-hundred-twenty-day-period for automatic approval, if less than sixty, to equal sixty days.
