H 3445 General Bill, By J. Rama
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-10-275 so as to provide that when an uninsured motor vehicle is involved in an accident it must be towed by a towing service and stored until the owner furnishes proof of financial responsibility and to provide for disposition of the vehicle if it is not redeemed.
