S 0345 General Bill, By Land, Leatherman and I.E. Lourie
    A Bill to amend Section 42-7-200, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the State Workers' Compensation Insolvency Fund, so as to provide for the administration of this Fund by the Director of the Second Injury Fund instead of the Director of the State Workers' Compensation Fund, and accordingly to empower the Director of the Second Injury Fund to establish procedures for the implementation of this Section.
