A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 16-17-721 so as to provide that a person during the commission of a felony who impersonates a law enforcement officer or who uses equipment that gives the impression that he is a law enforcement officer is guilty of an additional felony and, upon conviction, must be punished in the discretion the court, and to add this felony to the list of felonies contained in Section 16-1-10 of the 1976 Code.
