    A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 5, Title 61, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the general provisions regarding the regulation of the transportation, possession, consumption, and sale of alcoholic beverages, by adding Section 61-5-27 so as to make it unlawful for anyone to transfer or give any alcoholic liquor to any person under the age of twenty-one and to provide exceptions and a penalty for violations.
