    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 50-11-345 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL TO HUNT DEER WITH A CENTERFIRE RIFLE UNLESS THE HUNTER IS OCCUPYING AN ELEVATED STAND AT LEAST TEN FEET ABOVE THE GROUND.
