    A Bill to amend Chapter 3, Title 38, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Department of Insurance, by adding Section 38-3-66 so as to provide that the Department of Insurance shall design a form which every insurance company doing business in this State shall use when offering optional coverages in automobile insurance policies.
