    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-1-745 so as to provide for the suspension or delay of the issuance of a driver's license to a person under the age of twenty-one convicted of violating certain crimes relating to unlawful purchase, consumption, or possession of beer, wine, or alcoholic liquor.
