    A Bill to amend Chapter 17, Title 9, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the optional retirement program for publicly-supported four-year and postgraduate institutions of higher education, so as to further provide for the contributions to the program, the benefits of the program, the administration of the program, and the exemption of program assets and benefits from taxation and from levy, garnishment, or attachment.
