    A Bill to amend Sections 61-5-60 and 61-9-410, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the grounds for suspension or revocation or nonrenewal of a license to sell alcoholic liquors and the acts which are prohibited on premises licensed to sell beer and wine, so as to prohibit bottomless entertainment at premises licensed to sell alcoholic beverages and beer and wine; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 61-9-180 so as to authorize the holder of multiple retail beer and wine permits to transfer beer and wine from one permitted location to another under certain conditions.-amended title
