    A Bill to amend Section 50-11-4320, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to foot-hold traps or like devices, so as to provide that foot-hold traps may be used in Game Zone No. 2 with the approval of a majority of the legislative delegation representing the Game Zone.
