H 3521 General Bill, By J.W. Tucker
    A Bill to amend Section 56-7-10, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the uniform traffic ticket used by law enforcement officers, so as to provide for the arrest of a person committing nontraffic offenses in lieu of using the ticket and to add the crime of possession of marijuana or hashish to the list of offenses for which the ticket is to be issued.
