    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 12-36-2120, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS, SO AS TO DELETE VARIOUS EXEMPTIONS; TO PROVIDE THAT THE REVENUE GENERATED BY THIS ACT MUST BE CREDITED TO THE GENERAL RESERVE FUND; TO REENACT THE JOINT COMMITTEE ON TAXATION TO PROVIDE A COST BENEFIT ANALYSIS ON THE SALES TAX EXEMPTIONS; AND TO REPEAL SECTION 12-36-2130 RELATING TO THE STATE SALES TAX.
