    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-370, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the unlawful purchase or possession of beer and wine by persons under the age of nineteen which will change to twenty years of age on January 1, 1985, so as to provide that persons eighteen years of age and over lawfully employed to serve or remove beer, wine, and alcoholic beverages in establishments licensed to sell the beverages are not deemed to be in unlawful possession of the beverage during the course and scope of their duties as an employee.-amended title
