    A House Resolution to amend Rule 5.3, Rules of the House of Representatives, relating to the requirement that the General Appropriations Bill, and the Supplemental Appropriations Bill have attached a certificate from the Comptroller General, so as to delete the requirement that the House Ways and Means Committee version, House version, and report of conference, or free conference version of the Appropriations Bill must include the amounts appropriated for the current year and that the Ways and Means Committee version not include the amounts recommended by the Budget and Control Board.
