    A Bill to amend Section 30-5-30, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the prerequisites for recording a deed or other written instrument including the use of acknowledgments, so as to provide that statutory short forms of acknowledgements also may be used where the instrument is acknowledged by the grantor or maker.
