    A Bill to amend Chapter 29 of Title 38, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the South Carolina Life and Accident and Health Insurance Guaranty Association by adding Section 38-29-55 so as to provide that health maintenance organizations shall become members of the association on July 1, 1989, under those terms and conditions and with those assessments as the Chief Insurance Commissioner prescribes.
