    A Bill to amend Section 44-41-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to legal abortions, so as to require a legal abortion in the first trimester as well as the second trimester to be performed in a hospital, clinic, or doctor's office certified by the Department of Health and Environmental Control.
