    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 45-1-100 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A STRAW THAT IS DISTRIBUTED IN A RESTAURANT OR ANOTHER PUBLIC PLACE MUST BE COVERED IN A WRAPPER.
