    A Bill to amend Section 59-39-320, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the required content of high school driver education and training programs, so as to revise the required content; and to amend the 1976 Code by adding Section 59-39-325 so as to provide that satisfactory completion of this driver education course is a requirement for a state high school diploma for all students graduating during or after the 1991-92 school year.
