    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-111-20, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO FREE TUITION FOR CERTAIN VETERANS' CHILDREN AT STATE-SUPPORTED COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES, AND TECHNICAL SCHOOLS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT CHILDREN OF VETERANS AWARDED A PURPLE HEART FOR WOUNDS RECEIVED IN COMBAT ALSO QUALIFY FOR FREE TUITION UNDER THE CONDITIONS STIPULATED IN THIS SECTION.
