    A Bill to amend Sections 56-5-1510, 56-5-1520, and 56-15-1540, all as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to speed limits, so as to remove the exception providing that the maximum speed limit on some portions of state and interstate highways in this State may be higher than fifty-five miles an hour where permitted by federal law.
