H 3599 General Bill, By P. Freeman and Sheheen
    A Bill to amend Section 48-9-1220, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the nomination and election of conservation district commissioners, so as to provide that the official number of qualified electors of the geographical area of an office must be determined one hundred twenty days instead of ninety days prior to the date of the election for which the nomination petition is being submitted and to change from September eighteenth to August first the date on which nominees in the petition must be placed on the appropriate official ballot.
