A Joint Resolution to approve regulations of the Board of Pharmacy, relating to definitions, application for examination, licensure by reciprocity, pharmacy internship certificate, site of program acceptable for practical experience, pharmacist consultant required-responsibilities, minimum standards of technical equipment for prescription departments, prescription records, and continuing education requirements, designated as Regulation Document Number 843, pursuant to the provisions of Article 1, Chapter 23, Title 1 of the 1976 Code.
