    A Bill to amend Article 1, Chapter 15, Title 44, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to local mental health programs generally, by adding Section 44-15-85 so as to require every person discharged from a state mental health facility who was involuntarily committed to such facility to attend scheduled post-hospitalization treatment in a community mental health center or facility, to impose certain duties on the Department of Mental Health in connection with the provisions of this Section.
