    A Bill to amend Article 9, Chapter 9, Title 50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to exemptions from the provisions of law requiring hunting and fishing licenses by adding Section 50-9-870 so as to provide that a person who is hunting on lands owned in full or in part by him is not required to have a license when undertaking this activity.
