H 3668 General Bill, By M. McLeod, G.A. Brown, J.V. Gregory, J.H. Nesbitt and C.Y. Waites
    A Bill to establish a toll free telephone line to receive citizens' complaints of problems with state government bureaucracy, to require the complaints to be recorded and transcribed and forwarded to the appropriate agency head and the member of the General Assembly representing the caller, to provide that transcriptions must be kept on file and are a public record, and to require a complaint line telephone number to be widely advertised and displayed prominently in state government offices that receive the general public.
