    A Bill to amend Section 44-17-410, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to emergency admission to mental health facilities, so as to provide for admission to psychiatric treatment facilities licensed by the Department of Health and Environmental Control as well as mental health facilities approved by the Department of Mental Health and to make changes in the procedure for emergency admissions and to require the phasing in of specified programs over a three year period.
