    A Joint Resolution to create the Battleship Missouri Memorial Commission for the purpose of negotiating with the Defense Department, through the South Carolina Congressional Delegation, for the donation of the decommissioned Battleship Missouri, to the Patriot's Point Development Authority, and to raise the necessary funding and take the steps necessary to transport the Vessel to the State of South Carolina.
