H 3691 General Bill, By D.C. Waldrop
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 39-33-1725 so as to provide that any public school of this State, any state-supported college, university, or technical school, or any state agency or department expending state-appropriated or other funds for food service including milk must procure and use only class A-1 milk produced and processed in South Carolina, and to require packages containing milk used at these locations to have a certification that the milk was produced and processed in this State.
