    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 20 to Chapter 7, Title 44, so as to provide for the licensing, regulation, and inspection of continuing care retirement communities by setting forth related definitions; licensing, regulating, and inspecting requirements; financial duties; sanctions for noncompliance; the appeal process; penalties for violations; and the establishment of a continuing care retirement community committee; and to provide for the terms of the initial committee members.
