    A Bill to amend Section 8-11-270, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the State Personnel Board, so as to exempt instructional positions for which certification is required in the South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind from the classification and compensation plan; to amend the Code by adding Section 8-11-271, so as to provide for the salary structure for such positions; and to amend Section 8-11-610, relating to the computation of annual leave for full-time employees, so as to provide for the annual leave of instructional personnel at the School for the Deaf and Blind.
