    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 55, TITLE 39, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE SOUTH CAROLINA CEMETERY ACT OF 1984, SO AS TO, AMONG OTHER THINGS, ESTABLISH THE SOUTH CAROLINA CEMETERY BOARD, PROVIDE FOR ITS POWERS AND DUTIES, AND REVISE THE PROVISIONS OF THE CHAPTER REGARDING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR FUNERAL VAULTS, CEMETERIES, AND LICENSES.
