A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 41-25-55 so as to provide that a temporary help service does not violate provisions of law regulating private personnel placement services by indicating to an individual engaged to perform a temporary service that the job or position to which the individual will be assigned has the possibility or becoming a permanent job or position.
