H 3721 General Bill, By Fair and Hayes
    A Bill to amend Section 56-5-1210, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to unlawfully leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, so as to provide different penalties for an accident resulting in minor injuries, death, and a disabling injury, increase the current penalties, and provide for the revocation of a driver's license.
