    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 8-19-55 so as to exempt from disclosure certain applications, examinations, scores, examination reports, and other related material of the Cooperative Interagency Merit System and to provide that this provision does not restrict the ability of the Merit System Council to disclose necessary information for the purpose of contracting for services.
