H 3733 General Bill, By D.M. Beasley
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 56-15-135 so as to provide that no motor vehicle dealer may sell a person purchasing a motor vehicle an additional warranty or guarantee on the vehicle for a certain period of time if the same or a substantially similar warranty is part of the manufacturer's express warranty on the vehicle for the same period of time, and to provide penalties for violation.
