    A Bill to amend Section 24-9-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the inspection of state and local facilities housing prisoners and pretrial detainees, so as to provide for an inspection of food service operations; and to amend Section 24-9-30, relating to the enforcement of minimum standards for the inspections, so as to include the food service inspection and provide for action that may be ordered by the Commissioner of the Department of Corrections instead of closing a facility when standards are not met.
