H 3738 General Bill, By Harvin
    A Bill to amend Section 12-51-95, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the redemption of a mobile or modular home by its owner, so as to provide that the home may not be removed by any defaulting taxpayer during the redemption period unless the home is redeemed earlier or the owner is required to move it by another person who owns the land upon which the home is situated; and to repeal Section 12-51-96 relating to the conditions of redemption of a mobile or modular home.
