Summary: Requirements for drivers stopped by a law enforcement officer
    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-3905 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR VEHICLE MUST ACTIVATE THE VEHICLE'S INTERIOR LIGHTS WHEN STOPPED BY A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, AND TO PROVIDE A PENALTY FOR A PERSON WHO FAILS TO COMPLY WITH THIS PROVISION.
