    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 20-7-2395 so as to provide that a child must not be placed in foster care with a homosexual or a bisexual; and to amend Section 20-7-1670, as amended, relating to the persons who may petition the court to adopt a child, so as to exclude homosexuals and bisexuals.
