A Bill to amend Section 61-3-1020, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, which prohibits the conduct of other business in retail liquor stores so as to provide that beer, ale, porter, and wine may also be sold in retail liquor stores under certain conditions; to repeal Section 61-3-1030 which permits the sale of certain wines in retail liquor stores; and to provide that the above provisions are effective September 14, 1986.
