    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 14-1-215, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO A RETIRED JUDGE OR JUSTICE BEING ASSIGNED BY THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME COURT TO PRESIDE OVER CERTAIN CASES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT AN ACTIVE RETIRED JUDGE FROM THE CIRCUIT COURT HAS THE SAME POWERS AT CHAMBERS AS A JUDGE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT.
